Looking for an Operations role at a small, growing startup in Denver. The kind of place where I get to own a real function, not just "help out."
I like taking a broken or nonexistent process and rebuilding it so it actually works, whether that's a checkout system, a financial model, or how a team tracks its own hours. Below are a few examples.
Identified a broken process losing track of school equipment and redesigned it from scratch.
Built a full three-statement model as founder/CEO for a group venture project.
Ran the full client engagement for my own landscaping business: site visit, design options, estimate, and execution.
Before, during, and after photos are up. Full write-up coming soon.
Built a functioning Replit app prototype for a team venture, pitched to investors during a startup pre-accelerator.

Ran my own landscaping business (College Bound Landscaping) through college: finance, client relations, crew management. Currently work part-time in my school's music department, which functions like a mini ops role, handling data tracking, incident response when equipment goes missing, and process redesign.
